I like the layout of the content in number 1, but I prefer the colour scheme and banner in number 2.
They are all very strong designs though, very simple!
This layouts are nice... but I prefer the number 1...
I prefer design 2. Although you have an impressive selection! I think design 2 has all round appeal in terms of aesthetics and accessibility. I like your use of imagery in the header and side bar but think it would have more impact it they were at a higher opacity.

You have made some really good progress with the screen designs.
The selection of designs should put you in good step for a higher mark.
One area of concern is that the pages are very graphical.
Under normal [more flexible] circumstances this might be ok but you have to remember that we have a serious issue here with global page sizes and the graphical content will can only be a hindrance to it.
